Do you ladies have anything exciting planned? Not too much going on in my world, I'm leaving work at 1:00 today, got to watch my 2-yr. old niece while my Mom goes to her mammogram appt., so LJ and I may do a little shopping, even tho' I said I was done for the month. Yeah right. LOL Then I'll go have Italian dinner w/one of my good girlfriends, looking forward to that too. Sat./Sun. - I'm sure Joe and I will FIND something to do, probably eat out a lot. LOL

Well, Mr. Elle works on Saturday so I'll be hangin' around our floorless house.  On Sunday we have the super-awesome task of continuing to lay our hardwood floors.  Tons o' fun I tell ya!

Well, Sunday is my birthday, so it's a weekend of celebration for me!  SO's bday is Tuesday as well, so tomorrow night, his family is taking us to dinner at Benihana!  Sunday is the actual day, so I'm sure SO and I will do something special.  Anything else will be on the whim

I think I might facethe mucis and go through my closet...and pack up all the clothes that don't fit me. I've gained 15 pounds since last year, and a lot of stuff is too tight/won't button. I'l look at it again when I lose 10.

Well spring break starts at 2pm for me, so I'm going home (I didn't have enough money to go on a trip with my friends ) I'm going to spend the night with my BF tonight, at his apartment or his lake house. Saturday I'm going to frantically write a paper that's due this weekend and I haven't even started yet! And probably hang out with my brother watching BBC shows and the Red Green Show on Saturday night. And at some point I'm having dinner with BF's parents, too.

They don't call me a party animal for nuthin!

Tonight I am going to a poetry reading with friends.We are probably going out to a bar afterword.
Saturday I am hoping to drive down and see my boyfriend if everything works out.

I have all of next week off for spring break,so I am hoping to do more exciting stuff then.
So if going to see my bf doesn't work out tomorrow I will probably see him sometime this week.

Today is actually my birthday (31! eek!), so after I leave work I may go to dinner with friends. I have a cold so no partying for me. I am getting my hair highlighted tomorrow -finally. I have like 4 inches of roots, Maybe I'll do some shopping, as usual.

Happy Bday boobaby and ShopChicago!

I took off yesterday afternoon today because the big, bad boss is starting on Monday and I needed a little time off. I probably should have saved it for next week, when he actually starts, eh?

Last night I had dinner with friends and watched some Arrested Development. Today we went to the new mall (Neiman's - yes!) and had adult beverages in the middle of the day. Fun! Tonight I'll probably go out to dinner with the boy and catch up on some DVRd tv. Tomorrow I have to be up early to go to a family bday. Then I have to rush home from the bday party (over 2 hours away) so I can make it in time for a friend's show (part of SXSW). After his show, I have to meet a few girlfriends for a girls night out to celebrate one's new job. Sheesh - I'm tired just typing it out. Sunday I'll sleep in, thank god.

Recovering from my hellish week. I had a huge event at work this week and worked some really long hours and I have a nasty case of the flu and couldn't take off work at all. So, needless to say, I need to rest this weekend.

McStubborn is working tonight and tomorrow during the day at his side job, but I'll probably hang out with him tomorrow night or Sunday. Other than that, I'm chilling at home, attempting to recover. I sense a Golden Girls or Felicity marathon on the horizon...

Maybe I'll make some jewelry if I'm feeling up to it.

Studying, studying, studying! I have a really difficult "quiz" (more like a test) to do on Monday, a Latino music quiz on Wednesday, and a final exam on Thursday. This is all in the same class! Plus I have a psychology test to do this weekend. I also need to fit in some shopping for my youngest daugter. It seems like she has nothing to wear! She has outgrown most of her clothes. This is the first time I haven't had her next size up wardrobe ready a month or so before she will wear it. Plus I still need to shop for a few more birthday gift for her and her birthday was a couple days ago. I will also be doing tons of housework. Busy weekend for me!

 - I'll be trying to hunt down either a pink or gloss cinnamon Kitchenaid mixer. I haven't decided what color I want yet. I guess it depends on which one I find first.
