Good Afternoon girls!  I just got done with my hellish busy season and I managed to gain back the 5 pounds I lost right before it began.  I'm trying to restart WW this week.

B: Boca breakfast wrap (unsure pts- 5 or 6 maybe??), 1 cup skim milk (2 pts)

S: 1 banana (2pts)

L:  lean pocket (6ish)

S: yogurt (1 pts)

D: woo hoo!  Intern buddy has no interest in rodeo.  I'm making a salad for dinner - lettuce, cucumber, sprouts, carrots, corn, pinto beans, cheese (just a tad), turkey pepperoni, pineapple chunks, and salsa for dressing. Yummo!

E: 40 mins cardio!

I'm glad we're doing these again - I always get such good ideas from these posts.

B: none, lots of water

L: a cup of wonton soup (only 1 wonton, mostly broth); 1.25 cups pad thai with veggies and tofu

S: 2 pb crackers

D: rest of pad thai

E: none, have plans after work but hopefully will play tennis tomorrow!
