I use Olay Regenerist thermal skin polisher. I like it. It heats up, which feels really nice. I don't know how well it exfoliates though - the results are not the same as a very grainy scrub, such as st. ives.

I use Origins Modern Friction a couple times a week and sometimes I use Queen Helene Cocoa Butter Facial Scrub just so that I don't go through the pricey stuff as quickly.

I like Clinique's Seven Day Scrub.  I've been using it for years.

St. Ive's Apricot Scrub, I swear by it! It get's the job done without drying out or irritating my face and it's economical, too!

I really like the Aveeno gentle soy exfoliating scrub.  I also like the Peter Thomas Roth salicylic acid face wash - although I can only use that about once per week - it's pretty good!

Ocean Salt by Lush....
You know how those cheesy commercials always talk about how an exfoliator or whatever will make your skin "glow?"...Well this one actually did for me...I literally stared at my face for about 3 min in the mirror after using Ocean Salt the first time....seriously amazing. I thought it did an even better job than the facial I got from Bliss a few weeks ago. I love it!

ETA: I use it about 3x/wk.

FWIW, I heard once (I think it was on here, actually) that apricot isn't good for your face. Someone made a comment about how their facialist says it's too harsh on your face and will actually end up doing more harm than good.

I use St. Ives Apricot scrub but sparingly bc I notice it makes me red after I use it (I dont want to go out with a red face).

I have used Origins Modern Friction and loved the results. I would recommend it (even though it smells like old milk)

I read somewhere that this is amazing! I've never tried it though. No Lush stores around. :(

I have also heard that apricot scurb is terrible for your face! It does give me nice results, but I don't use it anymore because of how bad it's supposed to be.

Philosphy - the great one.

I use it every day actually , and I use it sparingly. I love how it keeps my skin fresh and glowey and really removes the buildup in my pores.

Well, it works for me and I use it only 2 to 3 times a week, I have oily/acne prone skin and it keeps my skin smooth and does not irritate my face.  Also I use St. Ive's apricot cleanser, too and it is by far the best cleanser that I ever used and I have tried everything.

I love philosophy's microdelivery peel but can't always afford it.

I have recently been using pond's purely polished and really like it.  It makes my skin very soft and gets rid of any dry spots.  I find it is gentle enough to use in the morning and doesn't make my skin red.  Anyone with sensitive skin who is afraid to try an exfoliator, this would be a good one to start with.

I think the thing with the apricot scrub that is supposedly not good is that it is not fine, smooth granuals.  It's quite rough and jagged pieces that could irritate the skin.  It's better if the ganuals are fine and smooth.  I've always liked sugar over salt for body scrubs for this very reason.

The one I like the best is Fresh's Sugar Face Polish. It makes my skin smoother than anything else does, without any irritation.

I use Olay Regenerist Microdemabrasion about once a week and it's fantastic.  My skin is always super soft afterwards.  About 2-3 times a week I use Ole Henriksen scrub.  I like it because it smells great, but it's a little pricey.
