So, after three rounds of interviews, I was offered a position at the government agency I want to work for...I didn't have enough time to discuss the details, so I have to call back and discuss them tomorrow - wish me luck with the salary negotiation and details!

Thanks!  I just need to pass a background screen and a physical (it seems strange that lawyers need to take a physical :), and they want me to start in mid to late April! 

And I was able to negotiate up a couple of salary levels :).  So, hopefully I will pass these tests!

Thanks for all the good wishes!  Everyone at the office keeps telling me they haven't seen me this happy in ages!  I have my fingerprint screen tomorrow a.m., and unless there is something wrong, I should have my physical in a few days, so I should hopefully be able to give notice in a week or so!

Congrats on moving to the gov't! It's weird you have to take a physical instead of just a drug test.
