Alloy - quality, sizing, shipping etc?

I've oordered from them twice, but didn't have a good experience. I bought a pair of shoes, a pair of boots, and two tops, and all were of unwearable quality ( and I'm okay w/ ON, Payless, Target quality) and the tops were much too small. I'm usually a Small, and I would have needed a large in the tops. The second order I returned, I got the runaround that they'd never received it, and then they had but it hadn't been processed, and then it would take a week to go through, yadayadayada.

It's a bummer because they do have some cute stuff, but I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

I recently ordered a dress from them and I really like it.

It's about the same quality as Target or Old Navy. It's sort of hard to say with this specific dress, because it's such a loose fit..but I ordered the size I would for ON and it fit perfectly.

i've ordered from them before and i was happy with what i got. i ordered a steve madden puffer jacket and the quality was good, but it was a little smaller than i figured. i wanted to return it for the next size up, but they were sold out in that size (it was a clearance item). i would order a size bigger than you usually order, just to be safe. the shipping was a little slow, but not horribly bad.

kitty: how long is that dress? is the material thick or thin? i'm thinking of buying the same one.

It's slightly above my knees and I'm 5'7. The material is pretty thin...but it hangs/drapes well.
