I recently had something sent to me from an anthro store in California and they did not charge me shipping. I also got something sent to me from one in Alabama and they DID charge shipping.  I don't understand the policy.

they normally do charge shipping. be thankful they forgot!

That is the second time that an anthro store didn't charge me shipping.  Once I ordered a skirt and the girl on the phone told me the shipping and then when the skirt arrived, there was no shipping charged.  I just figured they didn't do that with a charge send.  Oh well, I am very thankful.

I believe the policy for Gap/Banana was that if it was a full priced item, shipping on a charge send was free, if it was sale, shipping was charged. Maybe this is what happened?
