Should I have all my tax info by now?

I've had all the paperwork I've needed from one job for like a month now. But I had an internship last summer, and I haven't recieved any paperwork from them yet! Should I have everything from all my employers yet?

Is it too early to call and try to figure out what's going on?

you should call - i think by law they are supposed to get it to you by the end of jan

Yes, W-2's and 1099's should have been sent out by Jan 31.  I would definitely call to check up on it...
