i'm so frustrated today because i am trying to get some things done and it's so annoying dealing with such horrible customer service! 

i called a store to do a charge send and basically the lady told me that she was unwilling to call the necessary stores to order the item.  wtf?  isn't that your job?  i worked in retail and that is part of your job.  it's not like i didn't have the necessary info (i gave her the style number etc..) grrr.

i had a doctor's appt. last week where the doctor didn't show.  i called all week and they basically just called me back to tell me that their only availability is a month from now with a different doctor.  it's sooo ridiculous and i am so angry.  no wonder my patients sometimes  show disgust in the health care profession.  i've heard horror stories and i feel like finally i got burned. so i know how they feel. it's sad how much the health profession is getting to me,  so much so that i have been thinking about a career change. 

i am trying to book a last minute ticket home and i can't understand the person on the phone and i have been on hold for about ten minutes. 

i just feel so much more stressed on my day off than if i were working!! 

good customer service seems to be harder and harder to come by lately.

Aww, sorry for the annoyance. I get annoyed by things like that all the time, and people are definitely more rude these days for no good reason!

Here's my rant about customers today! My dad owns a coffee shop, and this guy orders some coffee bean and etc. from our website. He stated store pickup, so we called him to let him know his order was ready. He said he wanted it shipped. He didn't pay for shipping! We called him again today to let him know it'll be $10 to ship because we ship through UPS, and he tells us that that's not the price. It's too expensive. Um, it's our business, and we're going to charge the right shipping and handling! He ended up cancelling his order. He was such an ass!!

shopgirl82-I feel your pain! I have been calling my doctor's office since Tuesday to get his assistant to call my insurance company. She has to speak with them in order for my precertification to be renewed for my medication, which will make my medicine go from $200 to $40. That woman has not returned mine or the pharmacies calls! I am off on Monday and have a right mind to go in there in person and not leave until she calls the insurance for me! So annoying when people act like they are doing you a favor to do their job!
