S: 4 pb crackers

L: 3/4 cups organic flax flakes, 2 cups milk (1 cup drank - I'm hard core like that)

S: 2 pb crackers (gah!)

D: pizza with friends. It's a "healthy" pizza joint so hopefully I'll stick 1 piece and a salad.

E: dance class, 1 hour

Breakfast:  Kashi Heart to Heart w/ a little fiber powder, cinnamon, and 1/2 cup ff milk
Snack:  1/2 Luna bar
Lunch:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Beef jerkey

Ugh!  I hate it when I'm this far along in the day and I've eaten zero fruits and veg!

Another snack:  Banana and a few almonds

Dinner:  Hamburger

Exercise:  Core Secrets DVD

l: grilled cheese, apple, mini dr pepper (my weakness)

d: baked tofu, squash, broccoli, and red beans

e: strength training while i watch all my fav shows on ABC!

B: 1/2 can of Ensure (okay, I know it makes me sound 94 years old. But I love the chocolate ensures so much! But I only finished half today...I thought I'd try vanilla but it was GROSS)
L: 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon, and some pasta (yummy combination, eh?), cranberry juice
D: Salmon filet and mixed vegetables, cranberry juice, 3 mini reese cups
BB: Peppermint tea, yogurt with blueberries

E: none again...I'm so busy these last couple days!
