Maybe they are just not my style,but What is up with these boots? Not only is there so much going on at once,but can someone explain why the style name is "celtic"?

Ewww.  But apparently fringe is big for Spring.  In the new Elle (March, I think, with Jessica Simpson on the cover) there was a whole section devoted to fringe.  I think I'll skip this trend.
