I have been wanting one too but reviews aren't always to good on steamers.  Most negative reviews have to do with the steam only coming out for a minute then you have to wait 5 minutes again before you get steam.

Conair Deluxe Garment Steamer with Hanger - GS10RHThis Conair seems to have the most decent reviews, though I sometimes wonder if some of the reviews are fake ones from the Conair company posting on Target's website.   Anyways, it's $79.99 and if you don't like it you could always return it.

I have a conair steamer and it looks very much like the one posted.  It takes about a minute or two to warm up.  As long as you hang the clothes a on a rack that isn't too low, it continues to steam.  I find it great for sweaters and T-shirts.  It is also very good for steaming creases out of silk dresses and blouses.  I don't recall if it works on heavy pure cotton but I may try it soon as those blouses are so hard to iron.

I have this one, from Home Touch:

Home Touch PS-200 Perfect Steam Commercial Garment Steamer
It was $50, and I guess I'm glad I have it, though I don't use it very often.  Keeps me from having to go to the drycleaners when something is just wrinkled.  I especially like the design on this one -- the pole in the middle extends upwards when you need to use it, and it's on casters, so I'm able to store it in a spare closet pretty easily.

whatever you do, get one that comes with something to hang the clothes on. I have this one, and it's OK, but it drives me nuts to try to find a door nearby to hang the clothes on while I steam them (the cord's not that long).

my mom got me the conair one for christmas which comes with a hook for over the door to hang your clothes on.  i really like it...  i have a heavy duty retail one from my days in the apparel industry and of course, its the bomb- but the conair one takes care of FH's dress shirts and my lighter apparel.

i have a jiffy brand steamer and i bought it because it's the brand that i used in retail.  i was the best $80 purchase of my life probably (it was $80 because i bought it new on craigslist).  it has the hook to hang your clothes, it heats up in about 90 secs and steams clothes in about 90 secs. tops.  i use it everyday and i HIGHLY recommend it.

i know when i was doing research i saw a good price on costco's website.

I think it is a good idea to get a better quality one.  Rowenta has been making steamers for years.  I love mine - especially for girly blouses with lots of ruffles/unusual seams.  You can find a deal at dept stores if you look hard enough.
