looking for ideas for custom made jewelry

this is kind of a long shot, but i want to have some funky cuff bracelets made for going out, maybe in a brushed gold or silver.  i am going to a store that specializes in custom making gold and silver and gemstone pieces.  anyway, i already have ideas for necklaces and rings, but i want to also have some bracelets made.  i seem to be drawn to chunkier styles, like this one:

i'm definitely taking a pic of this one for the jeweller to consider, but have any of you seen any others that you like?  if so, please let me know or post pictures/links.  thanks!
