Old Navy return policy
Permalink Closed

Is anybody familair with their return policy. I bought these khaki pants on Saturday, and I took off the tags. I still have them. The pants have a wideleg style, but they are too wide, that they fall over my feet, causing me to trip. I still have my receipt and only worn them for two hours. Will they give me back my money back or at least store credit?

I'm pretty sure I've returned items without the tags.  It's worth a shot.

I know that Gap and Old Navy are owned by the same people and I returned some jeans to Gap that I had taken the tags off of.  It wasn't any problem so it probably won't be at Old Navy.

I don't know if I am too late. You can return the item without a tag. I never ask questions when customers return items. (btw, I work at Old Navy)

Thanks girls for the responses. I called Old Navy before I went and they said as long as I had the receipt I would be okay. So I went and they returned it and I got my money back. Yeah!
