Stila Experts or Fans - Please Help

BF bought me this for Xmas.  I was going off the sephora website which is misleading and had him buy #9 which per the site looks like the white one Elle used in Legally Blonde and is the one I wanted.

Well when I opened it on Xmas I of course said it was the one I wanted, it was right, yada yada so i wouldn't hurt his feelings. But its the darker shade that is more bronzy and would be great if I ever tanned but I don't.  Now, I can't seem to find #6 to see if that is the right one as sephora by me is sold out.  Did they quit making that color and now all that is left is the bronzy one?

I'm thinking of sneaking to Nordstrom next weekend if I can to see if the stila counter there might be able to help.  Sadly I think he shredded the receipt thinking I didn't need it since it was correct.

Thanks for the help.

I can't help you but just wanted to point out that Nordies doesn't have a Stila counter, unfortunately. I thought maybe it was just mine (a smaller one in Austin) but it's not online and I went to the Galleria last week and they don't sell Stila either. Just a FYI.

not sure if it's discontinued, but you can order it on Amazon:

Blubirdie don't tell me that!!!  I noticed they were pulled from Foley's when Macy's took over so it leaves Sephora as my only option which kinda sucks.

Halleybird - thanks for the heads up.  I think I might order it from amazon and then just try to get store credit for the other one.

I know it's not the one you wanted, but I just thought I would recommend Becca Shimmering Pressed Powders in case you wanted to exchange at Sephora for a similar product.  I actually like these better.  The shimmer is very subtle and gives you that candlelight glow.  Also a variety of pale-ish colors to pick from.

Here is the link

Thanks Dot.  If I can't find the stila one I might pick up the other one.

Stila is no longer sold anywhere else except online and at Sephora. You can always take anything to Sephora and exchange it even without the reciept.  They should also have a tester unless the color is discontnued or they no longer carry it.  They have a few new brands similar to Stila now at Sephora (can't remember names) so I'd visit the store if you can.  hth
