STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

I bought some burt's bees stuff from there and was going to send some other stuff back.  I opened a shower gel but hated the smell.  Their return policy says you can't return anything opened or used.  I thought maybe I should try and return it anyway because it isnt used just opened.  Has anyone ever tried this?  Do they send it back to you or keep it and not refund you? thanks!
